Everyone Said Lasers Would Ruin Your Melasma...

They Were Right About Every Laser Except This One

Most lasers shatter pigment which triggers inflammation and rebound darkening. This laser coagulates pigment instead. No shattering. No inflammation. That's why it's trusted for melasma when other lasers aren't.

Your first melasma fade laser session $99

Why Most Treatments Make Melasma Worse

IPL. Fraxel. Chemical peels. Hydroquinone. Oral TXA.

You've probably tried at least one. It worked for a week or two. Then the dark patches came back sometimes darker than before.

Most lasers shatter pigment with heat. Shattered pigment triggers inflammation one of the main reasons melasma comes back worse.

Chemical peels strip the skin's surface. That trauma also triggers inflammation. Same problem.

Topicals and TXA block new pigment but don't remove what's already there. You're waiting for it to fade on its own.

None of these address the core problem: removing existing pigment without triggering inflammation.

Our Laser Was Designed to Solve This

Our Laser uses a 650-microsecond pulse to coagulate pigment instead of shattering it.

Slow enough to avoid the whiplash effect that causes shattering. Fast enough that your skin doesn't register it as damage.

Your immune system then actively carries the coagulated pigment away instead of waiting for it to fade on its own.

No shattering. No inflammation. Faster progress.

Can This Make My Melasma Worse?

If you've had a treatment backfire before, this is a fair question.

Melasma gets worse when treatments create inflammation. Heat builds up, the skin treats it as damage, and melanocytes respond by producing more pigment.

The 650-microsecond pulse coagulates pigment before heat can accumulate in the surrounding skin. No shattering, no thermal damage, no inflammatory signal.

Your treatment settings are also adjusted based on your OBSERV® skin analysis and how your skin responds not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Why Melasma Isn't Like Other Dark Spots

Post-acne marks fade on their own. Sun spots can be treated and stay gone.

Melasma doesn't work that way.

It's a chronic condition driven by hormones and UV exposure, triggered by heat, sitting deeper than surface-level pigmentation.

You may have noticed it first during pregnancy, after starting birth control, or after years of sun exposure. Melasma works like a threshold once activated, it stays reactive.

This is why it often comes back even when treatment "worked." The pigment fades, but the trigger is still there.

A day at the beach, hormone changes, even heat from cooking can reactivate it.

Melasma doesn't get cured. It gets managed.

This isn't a limitation of Aerolase it's how melasma behaves with any treatment.

What This Means for Your Treatment Plan

Most clients see strong improvement over 4–6 sessions.

But melasma doesn't stay gone permanently.

You'll need maintenance every 3–6 months after your initial series. That's not because thee treatment failed, that's how melasma works.

After your $99 first visit, you can choose between:

Pay-per-session

($500) full flexibility.

or

Elite Membership

($350 6-month commitment

Most melasma clients choose the membership it keeps you consistent so pigment doesn't rebuild.
